MaKell Staley
President/CEO
From being a stay at home Mom to a Pilot Wife, MaKell has gleaned expertise to allow her to manage and develop a product that is world class. MaKell has a background in Education which puts her in an excellent position to lead and develop a consulting company.
Nick Staley
COO/Senior Consultant
Nick is currently a pilot at a major US airline. Nick also has previous experience in Human Resources which uniquely positions him to be able to give our clients the absolute best tools as they prepare for their interviews. Nick has sat on numerous hiring committees and conducted countless interviews over his career. He holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Aviation Studies.
